AIBTM DIPLOMA IN BAKERY TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT is one of its kind comprehensive study programs in advanced bakery science, technology, practice, engineering, and bakery management. It will provide a complete exposure to all essentials knowledge, amongst an environment of high academic excellence and facilities of international level. and provide opportunity for a successful career for a successful career in a segment that has seen high double digit growth in past, and is forecast to be a major driver for growth of food industry.

This full time course is designed as a comprehensive two-year – four semester diploma program, and is suitable for:
• Prospective Entrepreneurs and Entry level students who wish to make career in Bakery Technology.
• Senior Secondary and food technology students of vocational stream who wish to have specialization in Baking Technology.
• Persons with bakery experience who wish to upgrade professional qualification and competence.

Program is directed to students with good science based academic proficiency up to school level, in science, home science or related areas, and for persons with work experience, seeking to upgrade skills. Course shall prepare students for a career in baking industry, entrepreneurship, or research and product development. Two year program will include a short period of internship. Substantial time will be devoted to practical hands-on work in actual production, and in a well equipped testing laboratory. Course covers all aspects in manufacturing of bread, biscuits, cakes, and a range of specialty products.

Eligibility

1. Minimum qualification is Senior Secondary Education (10 +2).
2. Experienced person with lower qualification will be considered on merit.

The following documents to be enclosed along with the application form: Complete Application Form along with non – refundable application fees of Rs. 500/- to be paid online via credit card or hand filled application along with a draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of "AIBTM" payable at Delhi. The management does not permit us to waive the fee regardless of the circumstances.
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate as Date of Birth proof.
2. Photocopy of Medical Certificate of Fitness from a registered medical practitioner.
3. Photocopy of School / College Leaving Certificate with mark list.
4. Photocopy of Character Certificate.
5. Two passport size photographs.
6. 10th / 10+2 / graduation mark sheet.
7. Valid ID proof. (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter Id, etc.)

Hostel
