International Degree in Bakery Craft & Technology
Code: B2, Program Duration: Four years
The Program provides all round education in Bakery Science and Management, and an international specialization in high-end artisan and craft baking. Students who successfully complete AIBTM two year diploma program, and have been assessed for competency, will go for training to center for bakery art and craft at HYEJEON COLLEGE, South Korea for two years. Hands-on training is with a period of full paid internship and week-end theory sessions. Training covers all aspects of pastry, cakes, deserts and such products which are in demand at the evolving businesses for bakery retail and hospitality segment. Training at HYEJEON COLLEGE will impart practical skills, while initial diploma at AIBTM will be exposure to bakery science and technology. Successful students are awarded an international degree.
