Two years on-job training for students in Korea
AIBTM and Hyjeon College, South Korea have been working very closely to make available advance Bakery and Culinary education to Indian students for last 4 years. In order to further strengthen, AIBTM sill sponsor their students for 3 Week advance course in Bakery in Confectionery under faculty and student exchange programs.
Master Chefs of Hyjeon College will conduct short training programs in Chocolate, Cake Decoration, Sugar Art and Advance Bakery Technology at AIBTM. First in series program will be conducted in February 2017. It will further help Indian students to get ready for World Skill Competition.
In addition, Hyjeon College will set-up advanced bakery & culinary lab and Korean Language Center at AIBTM. It will offer great opportunities to Indian students to learn advanced baking and culinary skills from masters of masters. Hyjeon and AIBTM will also offer twin certificate degree for 4 years which will include two years on-job training in Korea.
